All Soundstream electronics components purchased from an authorised seller within Australia are backed by a full 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. If your product appears to have a fault unrelated to it's installation conditions, please immediately return it to your place of purchase for evaluation. If the product is faulty, your authorised Soundstream dealer will process a warranty repair and get it back to Soundstream service at no charge to you.
